Hand Roll Sushi
Ingredients:
3 sheets of dried seaweed
1 cup sushi rice
6 oz raw fish slabs
A cucumber
An avocado
Wasabi
Pickled ginger
Water
You will also need: Chef´s knife, Cutting board, Small spoon, Small dish, Serving platter.
Directions:
Cut a cucumber in long thin strips. Cut an avocado in half, remove a pit and peel, cut it also in strips. Cut sheets of dried seaweed. Dip your hands in the water and put sushi rice on the sheet of dried seaweed. On the top of rice arrange raw fish slabs, an avocado and a cucumber. Wrap your sushi roll. Serve with pickled ginger and wasabi. Enjoy your meal!
